Click Link to Submit an Event: Event Submission

Event Submission Instructions: 

For returning users: 

Enter username and password to login 

For new users: 

Select “Register” in the bottom left corner

Fill out the email and username for the account; an email will be sent to set up a password to finalize the account 

  • Click “Add New” to create a new event
  • Already submitted events will show here as well

Users can edit and delete submitted events before they occur and are published 

  • Required Data: 
    • Event Title, Description, Date/Time, Venue/Virtual Event, Organizer 
    • To do a virtual event: 
      • Place zoom link in the description 
      • Click virtual event and submit link in the box (creates button) 
        • See virtual event documentation for more details 
      • To set RSVP, contact Dayna and Amanda or use your own RSVP service and submit a link in the description

  • Create a new venue by clicking the drop-down menu 
    • If already created, use this venue 
  • To create a new organizer click drop down and select cerate 
    • If already created, use that organizer
