World Health Day: Healthy Brain & Body

This program is focused on how individuals can age well in regards to their brain and body based on the latest research in the field. We break down the program into four components: physical exercise, diet & nutrition, cognitive activity and social engagement. In each component we will showcase an example for healthy living as a way to celebrate World Health Day. Participants will be able to take part in a 15 minute mild exercise activity, learn a new healthy recipe and discover fun ways to mentally stimulate their brain. http://bit.ly/ALZINHLBB
